5 - Tigerhood


Hannibal's tent

Enter the tent. Examine everything. Look at the pictures and he will tell you what he thinks about the persons.


Look at the stand. There you can read: "19 0 black 7 red".
It sounds like a game of roulette.

Beside the stand is a clock. The clock-face looks like a roulette wheel.

Pick it up.

Put the clock-face on the round platter at the table. Look at it in close-up.
The code begins with 19. Turn the wheel until 19 is directly under the diamond shaped button on the golden frame. Then click the button.


Now put 0, (light blue field not the 00) right under the button. Click the button.
The next word is black. Put any black field under the button and click it.
Now find number 7, there is only one, and put it under the button. Don't forget to click.
The last word is red. The field under the button is already red, the only thing you have to do is clicking the button.


The table is raised. Walk to the other side and look under the raised top. Pick up the reel and the whip.
Now you have to find a film-projector. Perhaps he has hidden one in a cabinet.


Go to the cabinet to the right of the door. Open the upper part. There are some bottles with different colored capsules. Click the capsules in the same order as you did on the roulette-wheel: Red, light-blue, black, red, red.
Check that the capsule is reacting when you click it. A secret compartment is opened. Take the key.


Click the shelf to see Hannibal forcing Tod to give him whiskey. Close the door.

Walk onto the bed. Move the picture and use the key on the keyhole to open the door.


Use the reel on the projector. On the table beside the bed is some sort of generator. Connect the wire to the generator and the projector. (You must hold down the mouse button while picking up the wire.)


It doesn't seem to function. You must find a way to activate the generator.
You'll see a small mouse at the bed. Pick it up and put it into the generator. Use the whip on the right part of the generator. The mouse starts running and power is generated.


(If you can't find the mouse, just whip the generator.)


Turn on the projector and watch the film.
You'll learn how to make the tigers jump, using the whip.
Single-click and one tiger jumps in a random direction. Double-click and both tigers jump in the same direction they did last time. (If they are standing at the same place they will both jump in random directions.)


Look in the big mirror. You'll see four different figures. Note them down. You'll also hear Hannibal saying he could sell his soul.
Open the big chest to the right of the mirror and take the handle.


Near the door there is a poster that turns when you are looking at it. Use the handle on the metal thing to the right on the floor. Click the handle and you'll get a close-up.

Hurry to get the whip from the Inventory. You'll see five figures pop up, one at the time. Use the whip on the four you earlier saw in the mirror. (Don't use the whip on Kalinka who pops up as the second from the right.)

You'll be taken to the Park.


The Dreamland

Enter the ticket-booth. Pull the lever. The Merry-go-round starts but stops immediately. Look at the switches. One is empty. You need a metal thing to put there.


Go to the right of the Merry-go-round. Turn and look at the horse with the orange mane. Take the ring from his bridle.
Return to the ticket-booth and use the ring on the 1000 V connector. Pull the handle to start the Merry-go-round.
You'll see a door in the middle opening.



Exit the booth and climb the Merry-go-round. Enter the door in the middle. Descend the stairs and you'll find yourself in the tiger den. On the floor there is a skeleton. Take the necklace.
You'll see Hannibal with one of the tigers which he thinks has died because Jody fed it with her sisters dead body. What a girl!


Afterwards you'll be taken to the Tiger Ring.
You have to make both tigers jump to the middle platform at the same time. It is impossible to give an exact solution you must try by clicking with the whip in different ways.


Single-click and one of the tigers jump in a random direction.
Double-click and both tigers jump in the same direction they did last time. (If they are at the same platform they both jump in random directions.)
One way to solve it is to try to get the tigers standing one on the rightmost and one on the leftmost platform. Then double-click twice and they both jump to the middle platform.
When they are there the platform drops to reveal a hole.


Enter the hole and find the wooden crate in the light from above. Look at the stone beside the crate to get a close-up. Take the paper protruding from under the stone. It is Hannibal's contract with Mephisto.
You'll be transferred to the Cinema.


Click at the door of the ticket-booth.

Look at the animation and then pick up the ticket Theodore leaves at the counter.

Enter the projector room to the left.

Take the reel to the right on the shelf. Use it on the projector and watch the film.

Exit the room and watch the animation.
You'll get a new page in the diary and can read all about Hannibal.
